(Nearly 5 years now, On and off) My hair goes to my hips and NOTHING can make it manageable enough to wear down besides this conditioning mask.

It smells awful and did not even come close to the old product. Not moisturizing at all. I love pureology and the mask was the best deep conditioner ive ever found, so extremely dissappointed and dissatisfied with this particular product

Rated 3 out of 5 by ElizabethM from Great hair mask - ridiculous packaging The mask itself is great, but the delivery system is a pump where you press down on the top and the mask comes out of a hole in the center of the top. I've face creams with this type of pump, but you usually don't need more than one pump per application. With this, you need several pumps and the cream is thick so it comes out a bit like toothpaste. Then you smear it off the top with your fingers. Pump doesn't work upside down so I'm not sure what they were thinking. Great products can be ruined by thoughtless packaging.
