Shipping Methods & Rates
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 5-10 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time. APO orders will be shipped via SurePost. Please anticipate a 4 to 6 week delivery. Standard shipping charges apply.
Our express shipping is UPS and does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO and PO Boxes will be shipped via SurePost Standard shipping charges.

Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon checkout, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify the order contents. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. After processing, you should expect your order to be delivered by UPS in approximately 5-10 business days, unless an expedited method of shipping was requested. To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, please review our Return Policy below. Your order, or part of your order, may have been cancelled by our system for a number of reasons:
- Item(s) not available.
- Order exceeded maximum purchase limit.
- Cannot ship to address provided, freight forwarders, or address outside of the United States.
- Difficulty in processing payment information - entered in a billing address or zip code that is not associated with credit card.
- You have not responded to emails sent regarding the following: declined credit card; incorrect billing information; verification of billing/shipping address for priority ship order.
You will receive an email notification if your order is cancelled. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us here or call us at 1-888-556-9021 (toll free).
While we strive to get your complete satisfaction on all Pureology.com orders, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining. Please call or email us directly at 1-888-556-9021 (toll free) or email@example.com, and a Pureology.com Customer Representative will be happy to assist you with return. All return orders are processed upon receipt of the items.
If you are looking to return a product you purchased, please use the return packing slip provided in your shipment box. On the form, please print the name of the product(s) you are returning, fill in the quantity returned, item number and return reason code for each product returned. Pack your return in the original package, if possible, and be sure to include the Return Form. Refunds are made in the original form of payment.. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless product is defective or incorrect items were sent to you. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like Fed Ex or UPS who both offer Delivery Confirmation sent to you. Products purchased through Pureology.com must be returned to the enclosed address, and cannot be returned to your local salon. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders received later than 30 days from purchase.

We regret that Pureology.com only services territories within the United States of America. Shipments to international destinations are not available. In order to make a purchases at Pureology.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be a bank based in the United States.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
Products ordered by phone, or e-commerce are not for resale. As such, we reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 6 per product, per size, per day.
All orders shipped from Pureology.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.
