My scalp and hair have gotten noticeably healthier since I switched to this shampoo. I only use about a dime size amount each time, add water and work it into a lather. Lots of shampoos say they help with volume but I think this one actually does.

Usually sulfate free shampoo does not clean well, but this one does. I can go 2-3 days between shampoos. My highlights definitely last longer! I just wish it smelled better!

And it helps a lot. I have very straight, fine hair and this doesn't strip my hair like other '"volume" shampoos. My hair is very soft and shiny. I do have to wash at least every other day because it does get oily, but it's worth it.

I used this once while staying at my Aunts house, and she had the shampoo and conditioner for about a year! It last forever! And it took me one use to be hooked.
