- Ground: 3-8 business days $7.99
- Ground (APO/FPO address): 6-12 business days $7.99
- Ground (U.S. Territories and PO Box address): 6-12 business days $7.99
- 2-Day: 2-3 business days $14.99
- Overnight: 1-2 business days $19.99
Ground and expedited methods does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to post office boxes. Orders are also subject to delays in line with UPS restrictions, please find more information here.
Upon checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation with a copy of your order. Typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days, please see shipping rates above for average transit time by method. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. For expedited shipping, please allow 1 business day for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or if the content of the parcel has been damaged, please call us at 1-888-556-9021 or send us an email. Inquiries should be reported as soon as possible if not within 5 business days and include pictures of the damaged or miss-shipped product(s). If you do not receive your order within 3-5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please call us at 1-888-556-9021 or send us an email so we may proceed with a lost package investigation.
At Pureology, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Refunds for returns processed will be administered to the original form of payment.
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We will only accept returns for orders made through our website. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the reason for your return.

Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days and once processed we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post onto your account depending on your financial institution.
