Ground and expedited methods does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to post office boxes. Orders are also subject to delays in line with UPS restrictions, please find more information here.

APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via UPS SurePost, please allow 6 to 10 business days for delivery.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via expedited methods 2day and overnight.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. territories).

Upon checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation with a copy of your order.

Typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days, please see shipping rates above for average transit time by method. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. For expedited shipping, please allow 1 business day for processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or if the content of the parcel has been damaged, please call us at 1-888-556-9021 or send us an email. Inquiries should be reported as soon as possible if not within 5 business days and include pictures of the damaged or miss-shipped product(s). If you do not receive your order within 3-5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please call us at 1-888-556-9021 or send us an email so we may proceed with a lost package investigation.

For the 2024 holiday shopping season, items purchased between October 18 and December 25, 2024, can be returned through January 31, 2025.

At Pureology, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns of any Pureology purchase within 30 days of the transaction. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a pre-paid label. Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible and include the return packing slip included with your return shipping label with any return. Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. Order credit along with a return fee deduction to process the return will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by email.

If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package and prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number.

If you purchase Pureology products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject returns or charge for the product and shipping & handling costs in cases that do not meet our return requirements or that otherwise indicate abuse of the return policy or violation of Pureology's Terms and Conditions.

If your return contains one of these products, the entire shipment must ship by ground.

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. There is a very short window for order cancellations immediately following order placement.
