Anti-Diversion Policy
What is diversion?
Have you ever seen Pureology products for sale in your local supermarket or drugstore? When you come across salon professional products being sold outside of a salon, spa or authorized dealer, it’s called “diversion.” Unauthorized distributors, salons or their employees, and other dishonest people divert products to try and make a profit.
Why diversion is bad?
Diverted products can be counterfeit, diluted formulas, or old, expired formulas that may not be safe to use. Contaminated or counterfeit products could cause irritation or even infection. Pureology states on all its products, "genuine products guaranteed only in salons." this means if you buy our products in a supermarket, drugstore, or any other unauthorized outlet, we cannot guarantee that it is an authentic pureology product that will perform as tested.
Where is it safe to buy Pureology?
Genuine Pureology products are sold exclusively in salons, spas, on pureology.com and at authorized partners that include:
- Ulta

- Lookfantastic.com
- Amazon.com
